Regulations of Thammasat University
On Personnel Management for University Employees, B.E. 2559 (2016)
Whereas it is deemed appropriate to establish personnel management regulations for the university concerning the determination of positions, salary rates, wages, compensation, welfare, and other benefits, personnel development, recruitment, appointment, salary or wage increments, termination of employment, discipline, disciplinary actions, and appeals or grievances of university employees in accordance with the Thammasat University Act, B.E. 2558 (2015).
By virtue of the powers conferred under Sections 23 and 76 of the Thammasat University Act, B.E. 2558 (2015), and with the approval of the University Council in its 11/2558 meeting on December 14, 2015, the following regulations are hereby issued:
